(*1.9.1689 - †12.12.1751) An architectural virtuoso of the late Baroque and member of an architectural dynasty who set the tone for the history of the architecture of Central Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries. He worked on jobs for the aristocracy, the church and the imperial court. Each of his 200 buildings is original and he never repeated himself: the Invalidovna, the Sázava Monastery, the Broumov Monastery, part of the Clementinum and others.
