F-537 Judith of Thuringia

(*ca 1135 - †after 1210) The second Czech queen and the wife of Vladislav II. A women who distinguished herself in many ways; by means of her intelligence, education, diplomatic talent, beauty and elegance. She often represented her husband in his absence. The first stone bridge in Prague was built at her instigation. She was also at birth of Teplice and its local Benedictine monastery.
