(*27.9.1924 - †3.1.2012) A native of Náchod, writer, essayist, critic, translator and publisher in exile. A great patriot, a gentleman with great patience and a friendly nature. He and his wife Zdena Salivarová established the ´68 Publishers exile publishing house in 1971, under the auspices of which more than two hundred titles, which were forbidden in Czechoslovakia, were published.
