Frýdek-Místek
Silesian Frýdek was an important border fortress on the route from Olomouc to Krakow. Moravian Místek is a historic town, which was part of the Hukvaldy estate. On January the 1st 1943 Frýdek and Místek were merged to form a twin-town.
