The Tourist Diary

You can set the number of the diary which you want to be sent free of charge after logging in to your portfolio. You can also make the request in the form used to send the barcode coupons. If the number is entered in both places, we will use the information stated in the form. If you do not state the motif or if it is not in stock, we will send you the one which we are currently presenting in the News section on-line. We do not send out customer diaries with numbers of 1000 or above as rewards.

It is not necessary to update the number of the required diary in your portfolio. We automatically send the next diary in the sequence. If you do not state the motif or if it is not in stock, we will send you the one which we are currently presenting in the News section on-line.

The diary provides space for at least 100 stickers in the basic format. The expanded formats can also be adhered across 2 positions which is why this section includes several extra pages.

You can put the stickers in your Tourist Diary. We are also preparing a separate diary for them. As far as the badges are concerned, that is entirely up to the imagination of each tourist.

Wander Cards

Yes. The price listed on each product is only a recommendation, so the actual sales price may differ from it at the discretion of the seller. However, most of our business partners respect the recommended sales price.

Any registered tourist can have a Personal or Team Card made. If you are not yet registered and you are interested in having a card, fill in the information in the Registration section.
Production may take up to 2 months. You can find more information in the Personal and Team Cards section.

Numbers are missing, if the stickers have been renumbered and moved to another area of interest. You can find the list of these stickers HERE.

Stickers are displayed in orange, if you have marked them as having been acquired in the mobile application or on-line. They are displayed in green, if you have sent in the coupons and we have scanned them into your portfolio. This confirms the acquisition of the stickers. You can display your portfolio once you have logged in.

We update the list every day. You can download it HERE.

We are trying to also include attractive places abroad in the project. Often, however, it is unfortunately not possible to secure sales in places where they do not know the project, they do not feel that there is any demand for these products and so on. As such, we at least offer the Wander Cards through our e-shop. We are working on improving this situation.

Sending codes

The coupons should be sent on the forms which can be found in your diary. Don’t send us the finished diary. You can download and print out more forms HERE.

Yes. You can send forms from multiple people in one envelope. It is, however, necessary to separate them so that no mistakes are made and the coupons aren’t scanned into the account of another tourist.

It is possible to send them using both types of mail, but it is better to choose registered mail. You can always photocopy the coupons before sending them, just to be on the safe side.

No. It isn’t necessary to add any stamps. Wander Book s.r.o. pays any postage for the rewards. The customer only pays the postage when ordering goods.

Yes. We will scan the coupons while you wait and give you your reward. It is also possible to place the coupons in the mailbox on the premises.

Obtaining rewards

All the Wander Cards, including the Wander Stickers, are included in the reward system. You can find information as to which stickers from the various areas of interest apply to which badges in the Badges and Medals section.

Yes. The coupons from all cancelled and renumbered Wander Cards and Wander Stickers are counted.

Orders and the e-shop

No. We produce these stickers to order and we send all of them to the customer. You can only purchase them from the given sellers. Some Wander Stickers may also be made-to-order products.

The registration of the barcode coupons and the subsequent dispatch of the rewards are separate activities which are undertaken independently of any incoming orders. As such, it is not possible to combine orders with coupons and prizes for reasons of logistics.

No. We only accept orders through the e-shop. If you send an order along with the coupons, they may be returned to you without processing.

Yes. You can monitor the processing of your order in the My Orders section of your portfolio.

No. Orders for the personal pick-up of goods must pass through the e-shop at least 24 hours before pick-up. The payment must also have been made in the case of direct credit payments. Any order which you submit in person at the business premises will unfortunately not be processed right away. Personal pick-up is only used for picking up submitted orders. You can, however, enter your order into the computer on site and it will be processed within 24 hours.
